Meet Dr. Leffingwell

Dr. James Leffingwell is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist in Midlothian, TX who concentrates on nonsurgical aesthetic procedures for the face and body. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and has over 40 years of experience in the medical field. He is also the owner and medical director of Refining Beauty med spa. 

Education and Specialties

Dr. Leffingwell graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH, and served his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. From there, he opened his own private practice, Cross Timbers ENT, to provide specialty ear, nose, and throat care. Today, Refining Beauty serves as Dr. Leffingwell's cosmetic brand that focuses on state-of-the-art laser therapies for the skin, face, and body.
